Cricketer and 2006 Strictly Come Dancing winner, Mark Ramprakash, had his body painted to show key organs which benefit from a high-fibre diet. Fibre can cut the risk of heart disease, boost the immune system, reduce the risk of developing diabetes and help combat cancer.Mr Ramprakash, who won BBC's Strictly Come Dancing in 2006, said: "I'm shocked to learn that 80% of the nation aren't eating enough and fully support the Fibre Foundation's campaign to get fibre back on the agenda."
Baseball Art Exhibit in Body Painting
Sometimes it seems like you could go a whole 10 minutes in Boston without someone pontificating about the good old days and the game of baseball’s lengthy and proud history. In case you find yourself in one of those ruts, you might want to check out this new exhibit at the Bank of America Gallery called “The Art of the Game: Aesthetics of Baseball, America’s Pastime.” Running through Oct. 31, the show, featuring work from notable artists such as Claes Oldenburg and Robert Rauschenberg, takes a multimedia approach to the game with painting, sculpture, photography, and prints of old-timey dudes such as Babe Ruth, who we’re assuming was some sort of sportsman.

When I saw these pictures for the first time I’ve immediately thought at the amazing 3D chalk drawings done by Julian Beever ( see his works here ). What you can see in these pictures is a brilliant new take on house decoration, and I’m sure that that my readers would want to admire these pictures. This guy does an amazing job, but unfortunately the work of this one mystery man has been floating all around the internet for some time now, but does anyone know his name, or something about him. Amazing New Take on House Decoration 3D Wall Paintings
Whimsical Wall Seating Plano
Plano is the name of this whimsical wall seating design developed and produced by Dutch designer, Egbert-Jan Trijnis Lam through his company Burojet.com. His collection of unusual seating is his version of “flat” furniture – so not IKEA! He describes his design as ART vs DESIGN which implies that he is trying to combine form with function.Plano is actually a collection of wall paintings with integrated seats. The chairs and tables are hinged and can either be pushed into the wall to form part of the painting or let down and secured with hinged panels. This is a great space-saving design that also incorporates something pleasing to look at. The Plano designs range from an ornate sofa to more contemporary designs and colours.
